My
name is Danielle. I live in a small town in
Arkansas. I live on the family farm where
we raise Missouri Foxtrotter horses. I also
have a growing herd of purebred Nubian and
Alpine dairy goats and a couple adorable Boers.
I
have came back online in 2005 after a 2+ year
hiatus. I left the online community following
a very bad online experience, and from that
experience I have learned how to be more compassionate
and forgiving.
I
was victim of some pretty damaging rumors
and copyright infringement. After a lot of
time, prayer, thought, reflection and healing,
I forgave the women that went out of their
way to say untrue things about me and copyright
infringe 10 years worth of my work. I also
have forgiven all of the people who believed
the rumors. Being able to forgive was the
first major step in healing.
I
would like to state for the record that even
though there are a few things written about
me online, it doesn't mean that those things
are true. I have never broken the law in my
life, I have never been investigated or charged
with any wrong doing - ever! What I am guilty
of is being too trusting. I know what the
rumors were, but they were just that, rumors.
There was no truth to any of it. Sadly, the
rumors were started by someone that I had
considered a friend that didn't want competition.
I
had walked away from the groups I ran, websites
I put my heart into developing, and the online
community - not out of guilt, but out of sadness.
It hurt me deeply that after so many years
of helping people that my integrity and spirit
would become so mangled.
I
have grown a lot through this experience and
even though it was painful to go through,
I believe that I am a much better person for
it. I have faith in my heart that I didnt
have before. I learned to care and love who
I am, which makes a big difference in how
I embrace others around me.
I
hope that if you ever are tempted to say something
unkind about someone else, that you will stop
and think about the words you use. It also
would be a good idea to find out both sides
of the story before making up your mind about
a person. At the bottom of most of these pages,
I have a graphic that says "Words hurt,
think before you speak." It is a reminder
to consider what the other person might be
feeling at the other end of your email. Nobody
is perfect, that's why we're still on this
earth. Sometimes the lessons we are supposed
to learn aren't exactly what we had in mind.
Take it from someone who knows, God only gives
us what we can handle.
I
have been so excited to be able to touch base
with old friends, and make new friends as
well. I feel extremely blessed to have this
opportunity to create learning materials and
share them with you.
I
have put the past behind me, and I definitely
look forward to what the future holds. If
for some reason you have questions about what
is written here, feel free to email me and
ask.
With
all that said... I hope that you enjoy this
website!
